Your best people should be doing the work, not constantly stopping to answer the phone.

Where your team is when it rings

  • Up a ladder tracing a fault in a ceiling void.
  • Under a car with both hands on an exhaust.
  • Beneath a sink with the water off and the customer watching.
  • On the M5 between the second job and the third.

Ringbridge is not there to replace them. It is there so they can finish the job in front of them while the next one gets booked.

One call, start to finish

“Good morning. The engineers are all out on jobs, so you’re speaking to their assistant. How can I help?”

  2. Understands

Identifies why the person is calling and follows your business rules, not a generic script.

    “My boiler has stopped working.”

  3. Captures

Collects the information your team actually needs, so nobody has to ring back to ask.

  1. 0:00Ringbridge

Good morning, thanks for calling. I’m the workshop’s automated assistant — the team are on the tools, but I can take the details and get you booked in. What’s happened?

  2. 0:11Caller

Yeah, my car won’t start. It was fine yesterday, but this morning it just clicks when I turn the key.

  3. 0:19Ringbridge

Sorry to hear that. When you turn the key, do the dashboard lights come on as normal, or are they dim?

  4. 0:27Caller

They come on, but they sort of flicker when I try it.

  5. 0:33Ringbridge

That’s useful, thank you. Can I take the registration?

  6. 0:38Caller

    AB12 CDE.

  7. 0:43Ringbridge

Thanks. And where is the car at the moment?

  8. 0:47Caller

On my drive, in Stourbridge. DY8.

  9. 0:53Ringbridge

We cover DY8. For a non-start we’d send a technician out for a diagnostic call-out. That’s £45, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair. The earliest I have is today between two and four, or tomorrow from eight. Which suits?

  10. 1:18Caller

    Today, if you can.

  11. 1:22Ringbridge

Today between two and four it is. Can I take your name and the best number to reach you on?

  12. 1:30Caller

    Dan Hughes. 07700 900123.

  13. 1:39Ringbridge

Thanks, Dan. You’re booked in. I’m sending a text to confirm now, and the technician will ring when he’s on his way. Is there anything else I can help with?

  14. 1:52Caller

    No, that’s great. Cheers.

Ringbridge learns your rules. It doesn’t invent its own.

Customer story · YLM

What happens when more calls get answered?

  1. BeforeCalls arrive while the team is working. Some are answered. The rest go to voicemail, and most of those callers never leave a message.
  2. NowEvery call the team cannot reach is answered by Ringbridge, qualified against the business’s own rules, and either booked or handed over with the details attached.
  3. Each eveningThe owner sees every call, what was asked for and what happened next, without having listened to a single voicemail.

We would rather show you YLM’s real numbers than round ones of our own. The full write-up is on its way.

Built properly.

Low-latency voice
Replies arrive at the pace of conversation, so callers are not left talking into silence.
Reliable telephony
Works with your existing number. Calls can divert when you are busy, after hours or always.
Business-defined rules
It does what you have approved and nothing else. Prices, bookings and promises all come from you.
Secure integrations
Connections to your diary and systems are scoped to the job, and nothing more.
Audit trail
Every call leaves a transcript, a summary and a record of each action taken.
Human escalation
Clear routes to a person for anything sensitive, unusual or valuable.
Structured outputs
Details arrive as clean fields your team and systems can use, not a rambling voicemail.

Questions owners ask us first.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly

Will customers know they are speaking to an AI?

They should, and we recommend saying so at the start of the call. Callers mostly want a prompt, competent answer and a clear next step. Ringbridge introduces itself as the business’s assistant, explains that the team are busy, and gets on with helping. Most callers are happier with that than with voicemail.

What happens if it does not understand the caller?

It asks again, plainly. If the call is still unclear, or it falls outside the rules you have set, Ringbridge stops trying to be clever: it takes a name, a number and a short description, tells the caller a person will ring back, and sends your team the details straight away.

Can it give prices?

Only the prices you have explicitly defined, such as a fixed call-out fee or a standard service price, and only in the situations you allow. Anything that needs judgement is passed to a person. Ringbridge does not estimate or guess.

Does it replace my staff?

That is not the aim. Ringbridge covers the calls your people cannot get to: when they are on a job, on another line, driving, or when the office is closed. Your team keeps the conversations that need them.

Is every business given the same script?

No. Ringbridge is set up around your services, coverage area, prices, diary and escalation rules. A drainage firm and a tyre shop need to ask very different questions, and their calls should sound like it.
